Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order within a few days of receipt (personal checks allow time to clear). Continental US shipments are usually made by USPS or UPS, other areas at our discretion. Orders with valid email addresses will receive a UPS (if shipped by UPS) notification email when the order is shipped. In the rare occasion that we are out of stock on an item and will not be shipping before thirty days, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with any merchandise you receive from us, return it within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging to:

We will cheerfully refund your money (if you would prefer we can issue credit or replace merchandise), for the full purchase price, excluding delivery charges. For your protection returns must be sent to us insured Parcel Post or UPS.
You may return new, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping/handling charges. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example you received an incorrect item). Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by original Knights Edge sales receipt.
Returns beyond 30 days are prorated per the schedule below.
Items returned within 31-60 days in like new condition in their original packaging will receive 70% of price paid in merchandise credit.
Items returned within 61-90 days in like new condition in their original packaging will receive 50% of price paid in merchandise credit.
Items returned within 91-120 days in like new condition will receive up to 25% (at our discretion) of original price paid in merchandise credit.
Items returned in less then new condition will have credit further reduced at the discretion of Knights Edge Ltd.
Items returned that have been used; worn, broken etc. will not receive any refund or credit. Such items will only be returned to customer if customer pays the shipping cost of returning item to them. |
